Body language experts will tell you that in order for people to feel that you are really listening to what they are saying you have to give them some physical cues. Eye contact is critical, nodding, along with verbal sounds of agreement or understanding that you are hearing what they are saying.

Its no different in the virtual world. When someone posts a comment on facebook, give them a “virtual nod” by “liking” their statues. Make it apart of your social media campaign to go though your Facebook timeline on a daily basis and “like” as many posts you can.
