Coverage Area
I’m willing to go anywhere for a photo shoot however, I do charge travel fees for locations outside the Greater Knoxville Tennessee areas.
Currently I do not charge a travel fee for:
Greenback TN, Loudon TN, Maryville TN, Vonore TN, Farragut TN, Knoxville TN, Louisville TN, Oak Ridge TN, Seymour TN, Friendsville TN, Lenoir City TN or Powell TN.

Here are some answers to some of the most often ask questions I get from new clients.
How long does the photoshoot take?
Depending on the size of the property, and how many photos you want, I typically need the following amount of time on location:
15 Image Shoot: 20-30 minutes
20 Image Shoot: 30-40 minutes
30 Image Shoot: 45-60 minutes
40 Image Shoot: 45-90 minutes
Do you have Supra access?
Unfortunately K.A.A.R. does not allow professional photographers to have Supra access. Although this can be a slight inconvenience, you can rest assured I am not a licensed Realtor and will never be competing against you. If in the future the local board of Realtors here in Knoxville change their position, I will follow any guidelines necessary to gain Supra access.
How do I receive my images and how do I pay you?
Once I have finished editing your photos you’ll receive an email notifying you that they are ready to be downloaded. Clicking on the link you will be able to preview all of the images before making payment. If everything looks good, you can make payment directly on the download page. What is your cancellation policy?
I do NOT charge my clients cancellation fees.
What's your availability and how do I book an appointment?
Generally speaking I’m usually booked up no more than 2-3 days out depending on the properties location and time of year. You can book an appointment anytime day/night online here.
