Steep sites, dense woodland, changing elevation, and dramatic mountain outlooks make timing and perspective especially important. Brad photographs the relationship between the cabin, its decks, and its setting rather than treating the exterior as a single required frame.
Pigeon Forge
High-performing stays often compete through amenities and group appeal. Photography must make pools, theaters, game rooms, sleeping capacity, outdoor living, and gathering spaces feel connected to one coherent property.
Beyond the core
Wears Valley, Townsend, Dandridge, Douglas Lake, Cosby, Walland, Knoxville, Maryville, and surrounding East Tennessee communities are available when the property and assignment fit. A travel fee applies outside the primary three-city area.

Select the date, property scale, and any enhancements.

Complete cleaning, furnishing, decorating, and property styling before the selected shoot day.
03Photograph
Provide access and let Brad work independently through the property. No meeting is required.
04Receive
The final photography gallery arrives no later than 11:59 p.m. Eastern the following calendar day.
Light staging Brad may make small camera-ready adjustments while photographing. Cleaning, furnishing, maintenance, and full styling must be complete before the shoot day.

The booking form collects what Brad needs to protect the property, the guest deadline, and the quality of the finished work.

Shoot day
Choose the calendar day for photography. Brad routes the schedule around location, available light, weather, and disclosed guest check-in requirements.

Housekeeping
Confirm whether housekeeping is scheduled that day and that the property will be fully guest-ready before the selected shoot day.

4:00 p.m. check-in
Disclose a scheduled 4:00 p.m. guest check-in so the photography route can protect the turnover deadline.

Complete access
Provide working codes and instructions for the property, gates, pools, clubhouses, detached structures, and any secured amenities.
02 Questions before booking
Does someone need to meet Brad at the property?
No. Most commissions are completed independently. Provide working access and make sure the property is fully guest-ready before the selected shoot day.
Is drone photography included?
Drone is one of Brad’s photographic tools rather than a separate add-on. Brad may use it when aerial perspective serves the property and conditions, airspace, safety, and law allow. Its use is not guaranteed and does not change the commission price.
How many photographs will I receive?
The gallery is scaled to the property rather than capped at a fixed number. Brad photographs the spaces, amenities, setting, and details needed to make the property feel complete.
When will the photography be delivered?
The final gallery is delivered no later than 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the calendar day following photography, including weekends and holidays.
Do you clean, decorate, or stage the property?
The property must already be cleaned, furnished, decorated, maintained, and guest-ready. Brad may make small camera-ready adjustments, but the commission does not include cleaning, furniture arrangement, prop sourcing, or full property styling.
What happens if weather affects the property?
Interior photography can often continue, while aerial, exterior, and view-dependent work require judgment. Brad will determine whether conditions still serve the property or whether a scheduling adjustment is appropriate.
Can community amenities be photographed?
Yes. Community Amenity Coverage is a $195 add-on providing a curated, non-exclusive collection of the property’s primary shared amenities. Separate return trips, restricted access, or unusually dispersed resort campuses may require a custom quote.
