I know I’m posting this terribly late however, I still wanted to make sure I didn’t miss last months real estate photos. Below are some of my most recent real estate photos that I took during the month of September 2020.
Summer is coming to a close and we’re preparing for the fall here in East Tennessee! Though summer is by far my favorite and I’m somewhat sad to see summer slowly come to an end, I do love the colors of the fall here in the Smoky Moutains.
Below is a few pictures from some of my favorite homes I photographed this month. I like to keep my website updated with my latest real estate photography so people know what to expect when hiring me. I can’t believe that it’s the end of the month and I still haven’t updated my website with this posting! It’s been so crazy busy that I simply haven’t had the time to complete this but I felt even though I’ll be posting August’s here in another week Its important to continue my monthly posting of recent shoots.
July was an awesome month for real estate photography with great weather and things in full bloom 🙂 This month was also my first time visiting Sneedville TN – WOW stunning out there! Check out the video below:
Summertime in the greater Knoxville Tennessee area is so awesome! Unfortunately June of 2020 in East TN had a little more rain then I prefer… Luckily, as a professional real estate photographer I have ways of working around situations out of our control. For example, on bad weather days I offer my clients free sky replacements on exterior images as we don’t always have the luxury of waiting around for the perfect sunny day.
As you know once a month I like to upload some recent real estate images so people know what to expect from me if they hire me to be there real estate photographer. I think this is important for several reasons one of which I haven’t really discussed before.
Throughout my career as a professional real estate photographer I’ve changed and adapted to many different styles and techniques in my effort to continually grow and improve my craft. Certain image styles come in and out of fashion just like everything else. Recently I’ve yet again been playing with a new style that utilizes a bit more natural light. Somewhat flirting with over exposing whites but keeping the shadows a bit darker creating more contrast and depth.
Below are some examples of my most recent real estate images for the month of May 2020. If you like my style and approach to real estate photography, I would love to earn your business! Please feel free to reach out to me anytime 🙂
What a ton of fun! This month has been very awesome as I’ve started doing more and more real estate videos in the greater Knoxville TN area. I recently invested in a 3D camera and will soon start offering 3D photo shoots for my real estate clients!
If this is your first time visiting my website, welcome! I like to update my website once a month with some recent shoots that I’ve done so people have the opportunity to see my style and approach to architectural photography. I offer packages for both Real Estate photography and Vacation Rental Photography and would love to earn your business! Hopefully talk soon 🙂
Crazy Times! I feel very fortunate that I’ve been able to continue doing what I love during this epidemic. I’ve always felt it’s important to continually share my recent work so others will know what to expect if they hire me to photograph their property/listing. With that said, here are a few recent shoots I did during the month of March.
In addition to recent real estate shoots I’ve also included some other architectural shoots and vacation rental property shoots here in East Tennessee. If you like my work I would love to earn your business! Please feel free to view my real estate packages/pricing here. or if you’re interested in getting your vacation rental property photographed please feel free to view my packages and pricing for Vacation Rental Properties here.
Okay… I’m posting this WAY LATE and but I feel it’s necessary to constantly post recent shoots so people who haven’t used me before know what to expect when hiring me to photograph their property/listing.
Though I only went through a couple shoots quickly from last month here is a small sampling of some images I captured during the month of February 2020.
For the first time in a while I’m actually posting this on the 1st of the month! Usually I’m a few days late… Talk about starting the new year off right! 🙂

Wow! Way late getting this posting done… With Christmas and out of town family visiting I’ve completely gotten behind schedule! None the less – I think it’s important to keep my website updated with my most recent work so new clients have an idea of what to expect when they hire me to photograph their property listings.
